HUGE larvae - Strategus

HUGE larvae - Strategus
Ferndale preserve , Lake County, Florida, USA
February 19, 2016
This is a giant beetle larvae I believe. we spotted him crawling along on the dirt path and eventually make a hole and burrow. I have never seen a larvae this big, and if I knew what it was, how to raise it, and I wasn't already raising four Luna Moths and a Polyphemus Moth (I think its a Polyphemus Moth), I would raise it. Thank you for your help in ID-ing this thing!
