Hopper nymph w/ Parasite

Size: ~2mm
Tiny hopper nymph with large (relatively speaking) parasite. I'm curious about the parasite and would like an ID and/or more info on it.

Sorry to comment late. But, the hopper looks to me like an adult given the relatively complete wing venation
