Tachinid Fly with orange rump
With the long bristles and orange tip, I thought that it looked like something in the genus Peleteria. For your location, Peleteria haemorrhoa is a good possibility, but an expert will need to confirm this and we don't yet have any species pages in this genus. (about 40 species)
