Hexagenia bilineata
Hi wingedmary-

I believe this female imago to be Hexagenia bilineata.

Difference between females vs males
Thank you, Roger, can you please tell me how you know this is a female from the photo. I looked in info and tried googling but I thought asking you how to tell the difference between male & female might be quicker.

Difference between females vs males
Anatomically, from front to back of the insect, the more obvious differences are: the male imago has much longer forelegs; has larger eyes; has genital claspers. Incidentally, don't confuse the vestigal middle tail in your photo with genital claspers. :-)
