Buffalo Treehopper - Tortistilus albidosparsus
Los Gatos, Santa Cruz Mountains County, California, USA

I found this treehopper on some blackberry bushes in a rural part of the Santa Cruz mountains. I didn't measure it, but it was very small, no taller than the thorns on the bush.
