Identification
Similar to other species in the incerta group, but has long simple gonopods, base of r4+5 usually infuscated, and 2 strong presutural acr setae. (1)

Eastern North America.

Season
Flight period is late April (Louisiana) to mid-October (Florida). (1)
Food
Larvae of Homoneura, in general, are leaf miners in decaying fallen leaves. (1)
Life Cycle
Larvae have been found in Acer leaf litter. (1)
