female Craspedolepta sp.
A psyllid. Members of this genus are typically associated with Asteraceae.

Thanks Chris,

I spent a good hour or two last night pushing this around from one group to another but never settled on anything convincing. It was found in a meadow that was enriched with native plants.... many of which were asters.
