Collembola, lots - Bourletiella hortensis

Collembola, lots - Bourletiella hortensis
100 Acre Wood, Winneshiek County, Iowa, USA
April 11, 2012
I've been curious about these since 2012. Lot's of them all over limestone gravel, not everywhere but in one area.

There is no closeup photo. I've misplaced the vial with a couple individuals. If I wait to find it (it's here, somewhere), it might be several more years before I post.

I know it's a long shot but any information as to ID is welcome and appreciated.

Bourletiella hortensis

Amazing and wonderful.
I was hoping that someone with expertise could ID.
I've gardened much of my life and have never (knowingly) seen this cutie. (And now Info tells me it may be a pest.)
Thank you very much.

It is condered
a horticultural pest given it can cause economic damage to seedlings in glasshouses when present in great numbers. But usually it is not even considered annoying in a private garden.
