Size: TL ≈ 4mm
This is a new one for me. Looks like Heliozela aesella, even though charts are showing more northerly range. Hopefully, I will see another, and capture.

I've found galls of Heliozela aesella in the Everglades, so I wouldn't rule it out based on range.
