I agree with Nancy's assessment, but feel this one is too worn to move to species. These can be quite confusing.

Phigalia species. Possibly P.
Phigalia species. Possibly P. strigataria- Small Phigalia


The overall washed out look and apparent lack of the third tooth in from the costa along the PM line would suggest this species. But possibly too nondescript to tell.
