This is an extremely teneral river cruiser, genus Macromia. I'd call it an Illinois River Cruiser, M. illinoiensis.

Looks like a teneral M. illinoiensis illinoiensis to me, too. Yellow band on S2 broken dorsally and no complete band on S7.

Thanks. The nymphal shell is behind the leaf so it had come out shortly before I found it.
