Some kind of plant hopper? - Flatoidinus punctatus

Some kind of plant hopper? - Flatoidinus punctatus
Allen David Broussard Catfish Creek Preserve State Park, Polk County, Florida, USA
March 5, 2016
This guy was so tiny! I could only get a few shots of him, but I am glad he jumped on the geocache because I would have never seen him otherwise. With that being said, I have never seen one before and have no clue of to what he is. I did se something similar on BG awhile back, but I never tagged the image so I don't remember what it was. In result, my guess is it might be some kind of plant hopper? I know there is not much for an ID here, and I don't expect to see much insight on what it is (Genus and Sp.) but I have seen some good people on here who can make an ID from very little. Thank you for your time and help!
