The extent of the black on the wings can't be seen, nor can the shape of the cerci so I don't know how you could eliminate Mantled baskettail.

It looks like the dark spot does not fully reach the back of hindwing and according to Paulson Mantled Baskettail only occurs in E Georgia and this individual was discovered in SW GA?
