I found this spider in sand 10 or so feet from the Salinas River's edge. I'm thinking fishing spider but not sure.

Moved from ID Request. Yep, wolf spider.

Possibly Arctosa species.

Some similar spiders in Syspira
but we don't know them well :(

I don't see a ton of resembla
I don't see a ton of resemblance, this spider has the eye configuration of Lycosidae.
