Probably the same species I just reared from A. glabra--the adults won't emerge until next spring.

Are you interested in any of the ones I found today (PB1, PB2, PB3)? I am happy to send them if so, or I can wait to rear them myself and try to send you an adult. Either way, do you have any suggestions for storing the Aesculus miner safely for a year without mold/drying out?

I'd be happy to try and rear them...
since I only have reared one male so far, and from a different host and location. Keeping them alive for a year basically requires monitoring, adding moisture when necessary, and if mold starts to develop, moving the puparia to a fresh vial with a fresh piece of tissue paper.

Do you think you will be able to determine the host plant genus for the other ones you just posted? They would be more valuable with that information, but if you're already sending the Aesculus ones, you might as well include those too.
