Yes Parapoynx diminutalis - Small Leafcutter Moth aka Hydrilla Leafcutter Moth
An Asian moth that has naturalized in NA. It seems to have arrived on the aquatic Hydrilla plants when brought over for aquariums which have become a problem in freshwater habitats, especially in Florida. These plants can even cope with saline environments. See
