Brown Lacewing -
Hemerobius humulinus
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
April 4, 2016
Size: ~16mm
I'm thinking
Micromus posticus
, but not that confident. It would be the latest I've seen this "winter" brown lacewing.

Moved tentatively to Hemerobius humulinus
Moved from
Brown Lacewings
.
Based on Dr. Oswald's comment, "This is a Hemerobius sp., probably humulinus based on the Alabama locality."
Also,
description
indicates, "Apparently separable from similar, and widespread, H. stigma based on broad stripe on thorax."

It does look the same
Hopefully, Dr. Oswald will be checking the lacewings, before too long.
