Drasteria Moth - Drasteria stretchii

Drasteria Moth - Drasteria stretchii
Los Osos, San Luis Obispo County, California, USA
April 7, 2016
Size: Roughly 1.5"
This moth was active at 1 pm on a mostly cloudy day, feeding vigorously on Black Sage flowers. I'm guessing that it is sometype of Underwing, genus catocala.

Thanks for the help. I can definitely see now that it is a Drasteria sp.

Maybe not an underwing (maybe Drasteria sp.)
Even though it has colorful hindwings, many "standard" noctuids do also. This reminds me of moths around the Hodges #86xx area (Drasteria sp.)
