Blue Butterfly with Orange Stripe underwing - Euphilotes

Blue Butterfly with Orange Stripe underwing - Euphilotes
NW ARIZONA - North of Kingman - in the foothills , Mohave County, Arizona, USA
April 7, 2016
Size: 1/2-1" including wings
I found this little one floating in the animal bowl and was surprised to find he was alive. No adjustments to color or saturation. He was very wet in the photo showing him spread out on my finger. Maybe that made him look darker because he did appear a little lighter before he flew off. I let them dry as we stood for quite a while in the sunlight. Little by little he lifted his wings until he flew off. Wobbly at first. In the second photo you can see he left color/scales on my finger.

Tried to ID him but couldn't find any in MY area with that orange stripe (appears not to be spots) that is only under wing. I am assuming it is a Polyommatinae of some sort but I couldn't find him in my guide either.

Thank you!
That is a great lead I didn't have before, and looking at them both, I am leaning towards the E. Bernardino as we have tons of California buckwheat shrubs and several buckwheat trumpet plants blooming all over my 5 acres here on our hill, but none of the two types of buckwheat (that I know of) that the E. mojave prefers. In fact, a image search of the E. Bernardino shows it often on the California buckwheat which blooms on my hill most of the summer.

Again, thank you for your time (and knowledge!)
