small green fuzzy antenna - Male

Initially thought it was a small Katydid till I looked closely and saw the fuzzy antenna., It is quite small. It is sitting on a medium size English Ivy leaf.

Midge
Family Chironomidae. There are a few that can be green like this, but maybe someone else will know genus.
