I went through Beaton's Georgia guide and all I can come up with is immature male Cherry bluet, Enallagmaa concisum. that may or may not be correct :-)

 
Well that would explain why there is no blue
on S9. And the cerci are a better fit too. We like it. Let's see what others think.
