female crab spider - Xysticus possiblefunestus

female crab spider - Xysticus possiblefunestus
San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, USA
April 8, 2016
Size: ~1cm
I found the spider with eggsac in leaf litter on the western edge of San Antonio, in an area where an apartment complex ends and a forested area begins. It initially had another leaf closed over itself and the eggs. I took some photos and then returned it with a few leaves back over it.
Because of the eggsac, I would think it is female, but I don't know if there are any arachnid species where the male guards the eggs.
