Looks more like
Xylosandrus germanus. Take a look at the front coxae (or post a ventral pic). They are separated in Xylosandrus and touching in Anisandrus (formerly in Xyleborus).

Marc: You're correct. The front coxae are separated, so it must be Xylosandrus (and probably germanus). Though it looks a good deal like the introduced X. crassiusculus. Good call!
