Interesting Locale
Hi Brian,
Great shot of a lovely moth! I'm a graduate student at UConn and I'd like to analyze the DNA of this species as part of my dissertation, but the specimens I have are too old! I'd be interested in looking for this moth where you collected it as it is near me. Would you be willing to share the exact collecting locale?
Best,
Kevin

Plagiomimicus pityochromus
Kevin, did a quick check for Ambrosia trifida and I do indeed have some, not as much as I remember so we'l need to re-disturbed the area. Will keep monitoring, don't know how long the flight period is.
