We really don't need multiple
We really don't need multiple submissions of the same species for each month. For the purposes of this guide, unless it's a significant record or shows a feature not already shown in the guide, one record per month per state is all that's needed.

You raise an interesting point, Ken. The 'one record per month per state' seems a bit minimalist, from a biological perspective, given the striking phenotypic variation found in some species as well as for establishing records of flight dates, etc., etc. Will this be the policy for the upcoming version of BugGuide, Version 2, I wonder?
