hoverfly - Paragus haemorrhous

Size: 5mm estimate
I think this is a hoverfly, although it doesn't look quite like species I've seen previously. Very small, similar in size to T. Marginatus in the area but noticeably chunkier. Habitat is an open disturbed area.
