I think I have had one in West Texas and I agree with Nancy.

My opinion would be that your moth has enough darkness on the FWs to be a Lithacodes fasciola – Yellow-shouldered Slug Moth


The amount of darkness on the HWs sounds to be a more useful distinction b/t fasciola and gracea but not visible in this case.
