What is this little guy?

What is this little guy?
Glen Ellen, Sonoma County, California, USA
April 17, 2016
Size: very small. pinhead+
I found him/her in my house crawling across my computer. This image is magnified quite a bit. He's about the size of a large pin head. Any help would be appreciated. We are getting bitten by some unidentified culprit on our house.
