Is a good idea, and it is even a pair of Paragus sp.!

My
tentative guesses are Paragini or Pipizini, but lean more toward Paragini based on the light-colored facial marks.

A bit dark, I think
But then again, it might be the syrphid. I'm guessing Orthonevra, the one with the scribbly eyes, he said, most scientifically. They also have fancy antennae, which seem to be the case here.
