Psephenus herricki
Psephenus has abdominal gills (clearly visible here), while Ectopria does not, amongst a number of other easy characters for separation.

Water Penny
I thought they were smaller, but my guide says 3-10 mm. Looks like a trilobite, doesn't it! Or a horseshoe crab!
I think the most common genus is Psephenus.
