Pteromalus…
Wow, that's a lot of wasps! There are several species of pteromalid that parasitize this particular host, all in this genus.

The emerged wasps are probably pupal parasitoids, meaning that the female waited until the chrysalis formed before actually depositing her eggs. Suspect that, based on the white objects you mentioned finding on the pupa. There should be emergence holes in this pupa as well, if this is indeed the case. Nice work, Joe, to harvest these.

Thank you for your help with the wasp ID! I will suspect the female waited until the chrysalis formed before laying the eggs, because to your point, there are two holes on the side of the chrysalis after they emerged which weren't there before they emerged.
