Sides of tergite five black and frons markings rule out Eupeodes volucris. The frons not inflated rules out Scaeva. I think this is Lapposyrphus lapponicus... female

I think either Lapposyrphus lapponicus or Eupeodes (Metasyrphus) - ruled out Dasysyrphus based on the shape of the abdominal maculae.
