Male - Bombylius sp.
The wing patterns appear to be consistent with Bombylius mexicanus. (Bombylius atriceps is very similar) The abdomen seems to have a few dark hairs. Please wait for an expert opinion. - The eyes meet at the top of the head. = ♂
