Mayfly - Callibaetis

Mayfly - Callibaetis
Albion, Calhoun County, Michigan, USA
April 20, 2016
This pretty mayfly was on my shop siding. I've never seen one of these before, though I did see empty nymphal skins last year. Can you help me ID it? Oh- is there a way to sex it and say whether it is imago or sub-imago?

Thanks very much in advance! Martha

Callibaetis?
If this is a Callibaetis, which I suspect from the two tails, marked wing, and small to absent hind wing, you can sex it by the eyes. Males have large eyes, females small. This does not work in other families, or at least not as obviously.

Thanks John
Let me go sleuth out Callibaetis. Thanks for the clues!
