Duskywing? - Erynnis juvenalis

Duskywing? - Erynnis juvenalis

Is this a Juvenal's Duskywing (Erynnis Juvenalis)?

Juvenal's Duskywing female

Looks like Juvenal's female to me
but have been informed by another web site expert that Juvenal's and Horace'a can not be separated with a dorsal view. Usually Juvenals have abundant gray scaling of the dorsal forewing whereas Horace's typically do not but this characteristic is not considered adequate for identification due to variations.
