Northern Green-striped Grasshopper (Pink) - Chortophaga viridifasciata - female

Northern Green-striped Grasshopper (Pink) - Chortophaga viridifasciata - Female
Bullitt County, Kentucky, USA
April 26, 2016
Size: 40mm?
Surprised to see a grasshopper with pink markings. Appears to be a late stage Northern Green-striped Grasshopper nymph. Can someone confirm? It is far enough developed that it flies very well. I love the color combination - is it a pink lady?

this is an adult female
If it has fully developed wings and can fly, it's an adult :) Beautiful!
