Size: tiny
Is this Aleurodicus dugesii? Observed on Cosmos sulphureus.

A. dugesii looks good. Is the size right?
I don't know much about these, but am pretty certain it is some type of white fly.

I
think so given this is the Giant Whitefly and my lens was pushed to its limit by this. Anything below tiny is miniscule like the Globular Springtail.

You're looking "righter" every second
One post on the giant said 1/8", and I thought that was on the large side. However, another said 1mm, which seems wrong in the other direction. I'd guess you're between the two.

I believe this to be another
I believe this to be another picture of Tetraleurodes mori, Mulberry Whitefly. The pattern is not quite right for the Giant, and it would appear to be too small.
