Looks to be a nymph on a creeping Charlie plant. If it is eating it then it is already one of my favorite bugs!

Looks like a first for KY. I know I have images of the adult 4-lined but I guess they were never posted.... Looks pretty widespread.

Four-lined Plant Bug nymph…
The weed, Creeping Charlie is in the mint family, so that should help.
