Better fit is 'Stenolophus rugicollis' LeConte
Southwestern Stenolophus rugicollis LeConte is distiguished externally from very similar S. comma by pronotum with a distinctly rugulose (wrinkled) surface and usually with a sharp (longitudinal) rectangular dark macule in the middle; elytron with dark band shorter, usually limited to three intervals and with microsculpture crisper, less stretched, approaching irregular isodiametric lines. S. rugicollis is assigned CA, OR, WA by Bousquet (2012). I created a new species page for it on BugGuide.

Jim, Please change your database from S. comma to S. rugicollis which affect Moore numbers 116 and 185. Sorry for the trouble.

OK...
... Thank you for the update! I moved #185 to the new species page.

Thank you Peter!

Stenolophus comma
is my physical determination for this specimen now held in PWMC. Thank you Jim.
