Probably basswood but not positive. Edit: This is hazelnut.

Do you have a shot of the whole leaf?
The blotch mine looks like a Cameraria, which would suggest this is something other than basswood. It's not immediately obvious to me what the linear mine might be, but if we knew for sure what the host plant was it might become clear.

It's hazelnut, and the large mine is GRACILLARIIDAE Lithocolletinae: 0817 Cameraria corylisella, based on a similar submission of mine. Forgot to change the host in the linear part of the image.

 
That's what I was guessing...
the frass pattern in the linear mine is a little strange, and I can't quite decide between Stigmella and Bucculatrix at the moment.
This other leaf shows possible later-instar Bucculatrix feeding in the upper right corner:

A shot of the rest of that leaf, especially the underside, might be illuminating.
