Bactericera maculipennis
The unusual venation and maculate wings are distinctive. The species has heretofore been associated with from Convolvulus, and it's not surprising that you found it on another Convolvulaceae sp.

Nice pics of this rarely-photographed species! Cedric, I maintain a website devoted to North American Psylloidea and I was curious if you would allow me to use these photos on the site. They would appear on this page, and you be properly credited and maintain full copyright, and I can also link to any personal website in the contributors section. Feel free to contact me here or via email (cmalloryca@gmail.com). Don't feel obligated, of course - I'm just happy to see people sharing good photos of interesting psyllids.

Hi Chris
Sure you can use them! Thanks for asking. I'm happy to be of some help. Here is a link that you can add to the contributors section http://www.inaturalist.org/people/12809. That's where most of my wildlife images are at.
