Weevil love (or a prelude to such, anyway!) - Rhodobaenus quinquepunctatus - male - female

June 24, 2007
This saucy pair was on the leaf of Polymnia canadensis (Whiteflower/Pale-flowered/Small-flowered Leafcup). I'm pretty sure it's a male/female pair getting ready to make some little weevlets, but then again, I've never sexed weevils. :P
