Amorphicola amorphae? - Amorphicola amorphae - female

Amorphicola amorphae? - Amorphicola amorphae - Female
Lake Hodges, San Diego County, California, USA
May 6, 2016
Size: ~2.5mm
Found on False Indigo (Amorpha fruticosa)

Moved from Psylloidea.

Nailed the ID. Now we've got both members of the genus on bugguide.

Your website is really helpful ;-) These guys were extremely uncooperative, but I was excited to find them.

I'm glad you find it useful!
And probably more importantly, that you get excited to find them. I don't know what it is about these bugs that makes me love 'em, but I do (even if they can be really frustrating to photograph sometimes!).
