Another tough, distracting, background, but is this a type of Clubtail?

Lancet
I agree that this is a Lancet Clubtail. Yellow dorsally on S8-10 and frontal thoracic pattern support this ID.

Definitely a Clubtail
I believe this is a female Lancet Clubtail (Gomphus exilis)

You can tell it's female by the thicker abdomen an a lack of any club. The arrow-shaped markings on all segments which become smaller as they move toward the cerci and yellow on S-10 indicate Lancet. Also, the lance shaped marking on S-8 is apparent. I'm not familiar with all species of your state but I believe Lancet is common there.
