The small posteroventral proj
The small posteroventral projection near tip ( seen on left femur ) is a give away. Brachypalpus oarus...... female.

Chalcosyrphus inarmatus is quite similar and also in range, but this fly has much hairier legs, a slightly different facial shape, and the hind tibiae narrowly orange at the base rather than broadly.

Wow, I didn't realize that there was such a close look-alike to this species; although there aren't yet any example images of a female of that species to compare with. (The different facial shapes of the two sexes is always important to consider, when making comparisons.)
This one seems to have much longer hairs on the scutellum. I'm not sure if that helps.
