Idiocerus albolinea
Congratulations, this is a relatively rare species. The white stripe down the back is characteristic, as is its host, peachleaf willow (Salix amygdaloides). This willow is easily recognized by the leaves being widest below the middle, with long, tapered tips. The leaf bracts are nothing special, they may or may not be present.
