at f29 diffraction has robbed you of more than half the resolution you could get from your lens. Try shooting at f16 or better yet, f11 and your pictures will be noticeably sharper though your depth of field will be less.

I'll try this. I always feel that depth of field is important because the little beasts might be gone the next second but again many thanks for the advice and the encouragement to experiment and improve.
