However, there is another Psyllaephagus species present in California (with a slightly shorter ovipositor) that I have collected in association with G. brimblecombei (although I have not reared it out). I suspect this other species may be the female of P. brachiatus, a species that has been associated with Glycaspis species in its native Australia.

If you are certain that the host from which this encyrtid has emerged is Glycaspis brimblecombei, then I would create a species page for Psyllaephagus bliteus, since, as Chris has correctly mentioned, it is the only known chalcid parasitoid of this host.
