Mordella marginata
looks to be Mordella marginata Melsheimer 1845. see . The elytra coloration looks yellower on yours, but these reflective scales can be very tricky with different lighting. You can just see the same pattern along the base of the pronotum as Tom's shows, and that's what seals it as M. marginata.
