Neoanagraphis?

 
They look quite ...
similar. I considered it but am leaning Titiotus based on the eyes ... the Neoanagraphis we have in the Guide seem to have a wider gap between the PMEs, yours seems to match up nicely with the Titiotus I linked to which was IDed with genitalia.
